"The food is good as always but the service is very slow. It’s a mystery as to why it takes 4 or 5 people so long to put burgers and fries into bags. Long wait! It appears that the cooking of the fries is the hold up because they wait until your burger is done and pass it down the line and then someone sees that they need to cook fries. Stupid. If you’re in a hurry, skip this and go to Cookout right down the street. They’re faster and cheaper, and just as good."
"No matter if I call up here (maybe very close to closing time) or come by to pick up an order - every single person in this restaurant has been so very friendly and nice! Pair this with their always awesome food, and it’s a rare miracle! Seriously, these days to have friendly staff (from front of house to back) and courteous staff, a clean restaurant and great food is almost unheard of! Thank you for always being amazing!!"
"I ordered a burger for pickup, and when I got home, it was a bun full of onions with no meat. A burger joint forgot meat on my hamburger. Think about that. They wrapped up a bun with ketchup and onions. At a burger place. That's all they make. I'm sure you're assuming that I just called, and they straightened it all out, right? WRONG hombre. I guess it was within an hour or so of closing, so it appears they took the phone off the hook, and it went straight to voice-mail. But they called back right away, right? WRONG again. So now, I get to eat a $10 onion sandwich, and hope someone reads this and decides to eat somewhere else. I'll update this if anyone ever reaches out, but don't hold your breath. You will probably pass out."
