"The food is consistent, but this particular restaurant has an odd drive thru set up. Even if you place an online order you must go through the car line to pick your order up. Waiting in line in the drive thru totally defeats the purpose of placing an order through the app and having it brought out to your specified parking space."

"Love chick-fil-a. We always get the same thing every time we go to one. #5 and a #1 meal. I always get mine large because I love the waffle fries and some honey roasted barbecue sauce to dip them in."

"The order taker took our order, swiped our card yet when we got to the window they had no record, and told us we had to pay again.Manager was less than professional, told us she couldn't just give us our order and they could reimburse us if we found we were charged twice. ($40 order, paid twice?!? I don't think so!)When she finally went out to talk to the person who took our order, and I confirmed that my credit card had been charged,she told us it was their fault, but "they were making us a fresh order." As if we should be grateful to get the hot food we paid for. She then handed us our order and walked away.. So unprofessional and so unlike Chick-fil-A....very disappointing!"

"My wife and I have visited this location many times since they opened. We visited last night and there were many young associates working and all seemed to be unmanaged. Food sat at the counter as no one was delivering them quickly to the tables. Fries were lukewarm warm at best when received. Restaurant was filthy, trash cans overflowing, dirty tables and greasy wet floors coming from behind the counters onto the dining room floors. It is obvious that this location is more concerned about drive-thru and not managed well."
