"The staff is very rude and the employees are very rude and they lie at you. I’m actually shocked how this people function and how they treat you, and if is them fold they turn around like is your fold. Ordered from the driveway and they told me to wait on the parking lot and waited for 20-30 min and when they give my food still missing my half of the order. And they lied but saying we give it at you and when I show them the bag they give me they said oh our fold but you need to wait a little more.Is called a fast food and if I was in a restaurant I will have the food more faster. This is not the first time from this location but multiple times. This time they actually ruined and will never go back to this location and any Wendy’s location anymore. Will go to other fast foods."

"I always loved wendys I was planning on going there tonight and spending alot of money. I saw workers sitting inside they saw me sitting at drive thru didn't even come to window or outside.I tried to go in door was locked and closed. No one come to door to explain why or what was going on so I had to go to McDonald's I will not be visiting that one again if that store is closed for any reason should have sign posted on door or something on website.I never do this I just don't think people that are not trying to service people shouldn't get paid they are stealing time."

"Absolute terrible service. Every single time we go the employees are so rude, and by the time you actually get your food it’s cold. We tried ordering tonight but they only do doordash orders, so we put one in and went to get it once our doordash told us that our order was ready. We sat at the window for 10 minutes after seeing no employees, so we finally called after there was a huge line of cars, and they rudely told us that our order wasn’t there because they couldn’t get into their system, despite them literally confirming our order instead of cancelling it through doordash, and then hung up on us. I’d recommend going some place else because this place never fails when it comes to bad service."

"Food will get you sick, employees care less on phones and playing around in back. My food was prab left over from the day before, I should of known not to eat my food but was hungry, next morning sick as a dog! I can't believe all fast food in this area is so bad. *SHOULD OF JUST READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! I Blame corporate and management for letting this happen in a area that could be its highest selling location in the country! Clean house management and all!"

"Landed in Charleston looking for a quick dinner at 11pm. Despite all the lights being on and claiming to be open until 2am, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Nobody answered or came to the window as a line formed behind me. Totally ignored. Ridiculous. I hope someone in management sees this. They’re losing money hand over fist. I can tell by the other reviews, this is common behavior at this location."
