"I am incredibly pleased with Sarah at Upstate Discount Furniture. I ordered two Ashley furniture pieces (a reclining sofa and two recliners) and was surprised that I was actually able to go through her and not the Ashley Homestore to get these pieces. She and her family delivered and set up the furniture for a very reasonable price. Almost a year later I had an issue with one of the recliners and she and her husband came by to check things out in hopes that I would not have to use my warranty. Her husband figured things out and the issue ended up being almost a user error type of thing. She does not have a ton of inventory at the warehouse, but if you find something online, I’m sure she can order it- and in my case it was cheaper than going through the Homestore. It’s hard to find good, honest service these days but she’s just that. Y’all go see her and support her local business! I will use her again if I need any furniture."
