"The chicken no longer tastes like it did a year ago. The honey biscuit was hard. The apple pies are still as good as they have been for years. The shift lead was very rude and condescending to the person who took my order, who was very pleasant. They no longer offer any eat in service."

"Why do employees give you food out of their establishment that they wouldn't eat. Had to wait 10 minutes to give them my order. Then had to repeat it 3 times. Get to the window, one is sitting down behind the register talking to the other 2 in there. Ordered 16 piece legs and thighs, frosted biscuits and apple pies. Had to wait on the pies. Cold as hell. The chicken and biscuit burned. Not the Church's I remember, Take pride in your work people or stay home. Waste of money and time."

They never have the full menu items and seem to never care that they disappoint. You never know when the chicken will be good or not, or if the grease will be old or not. Just disappointing overall"
