"I just ordered from this location (12-6-23 at around 2:25pm) for the first time ever, and I was so taken aback with regard to how friendly and jovial the staff members were! Ashley, Clayton, and Jendaya helped me with my order, and they were all just so nice and fun to be around. Even though my wait wasn’t long at all, mind you, they were dealing with several orders, I found myself leaving there in a better mood because of those ladies! It’s not often you go into a a sub joint and find yourself surrounded by infectious, wonderful personalities. I sure hope that this review is read by management bc these three ladies deserve some much-deserved attention! Thank you, ladies, for making my day!"

"I just got half a sub, which I found to be very mediocre and over priced. Ingredients were subpar. But the main issue was the person in charge, I believe him to be the manager. He was SO rude to his staff. Extremely condescending to the (obviously) new guy. I felt very sorry and embarrassed for the kid. I get the need to train the staff, but not to humiliate them. Passive aggressiveness is not the way to create a good atmosphere. In all fairness, it was my first time in the shop, so perhaps all the sandwiches are so.. meh? That is fine, I don’t have to go go back ever, specially if I have to stand there, witnessing a young working man being put down."

"Repeatedly, I can not get them to add any amount of lettuce to a sandwich… even when I ask for extra lettuce… i find that so strange when lettuce and juice is their trademark … it’s the best part… it’s why I go there… today I tried a large super sub just knowing that was their signature sandwich and it would have plenty of lettuce and juice on it and it was a huge disappointment. There was less lettuce on this sandwich than you would find in a vending machine Pobo…. I’m really sick of paying inflated prices for subpar food. 25 dollars for a sub 2 bags of chips and a drink…. And they rip me off on the cheapest part… lettuce… and this is true every time I go in there… I don’t know why I keep going… just hoping for the best I guess.. I hope this time I’ve learned my lesson…"

"There was a long piece of medium ~ dark brown hair(mine is currently red) in my sub. Very disgusting. Subs cost way to much to have to throw it away."
