"Shonda, the general manager was the worst. Not only was she rude she was condescending. She, in my opinion, is NOT a good fit for any type of management. I requested a new drink because mine lacked sweetener and she proceeded to tell me that they did not give samples (I had already paid for the drink) and that she needed to get her line moving. And she didn't stop there! She continued to complain while I waited at the window about my request! It got to the point that I just asked for my money back. I read the name out on her tag and she let me know she was the general manager. It can be assumed that the complaints about this location being unfriendly can be attributed to the "general manager" Shonda and the example she provides to the employees."

"We ordered door dash twice today. Both times they forgot our auju sauce. Second time they forgot our shake too. We got a 2$ refund. Insane man. Never again"

"We just visited the Arby's in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The store needs attention in the maintenance and cleaning areas. The vent in the front of the storm is covered with mold and areas around it have peeling paint. Hanging lamps are dusty, table legs and floors are dirty, floors do not appear to be cleaned deeply with corners, very dirty. Wall paper is peeling. Overall, store needs a deep cleaning. Mold issue was reported to manager on duty and she said managers had recently been in the store and no one mentioned this. Store should be inspected on a regular basis to assure high standards are maintained. I will not return any time soon."

"I tried something new today. I usually stick to what I know I like but chose to get something different today. I got the French dip with curly fries and the Mac n cheese bites. If you have never had the Mac n cheese bites , I'm sorry for you! Lol they are delish . The curly fries were cold , oh well but the sandwich . So sad when I opened it it smelled like one of those sandwiches you get from the gas station and. Heat in the microwave . The bread tasted that way also . It wasn't bad it just wasn't good either. Bread was soggy . I like soggy bread but this was chewy soggy if that even makes sense. Anyway deff will stick to my brisket sandwich or turkey sandwich. Had root beer to drink . Did not disappoint either. Service was not bad but nothing to write home about . Place got busy as we were leaving. .. must be doing something right!"

"Cashier just started at me until I started to tell her what I wanted. Didn't greet or anything. Food took awhile but was expected since drive through was around the building. For the long wait I expected the food to be a bit more fresh than it was."
