"Y’all should just close the place down. 12/26 8:30pm-9:30pm - whoever was working this evening (woman) needs to be fired. I called and she answered very politely. I asked if I could please place an order for pickup, immediately hangs up on me. I call back, it could’ve just been a mistake, she answers again but then places me on hold. I’m like, okay, probably just busy. Also, I’m starving after a long day at work, so I’m desperate for some wings. I order them online, I should’ve known better but my hunger got the best of me. Of course, no wings have been delivered and no update on the status of my order. I tried calling the store again to cancel my order and she just picks up the phone and hangs up again. Whoever manages and/or owns this specific store, if you have any dignity left you’ll just shut the place down."

"Cut into chicken tenders before serving to my kiddo and noticed it wasn’t fully cooked all the way!!! Glad I caught it before serving them. I’d give a negative grade if I could. This was a gross experience."

"I don’t think I have ever given a 1 star review. I don’t expect perfection when I go out and I know most people are trying their best. However, if I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 3:52 and my online message read it would take 16-20 minutes. I live 25 or so minutes away so there was plenty time to be ready by the time I got there. But it wasn’t. So I just waited patiently as people came in ordered food and sat down and received their food when I placed an order before them. I asked again about my order, still not ready. By 5:00 I asked again could they tell me at least what order in the line was as I have seen people come in after my order and left while I was still sitting there, but I was only told it’s coming. Around 5:20 I just asked for a refund so I could go get something to eat from someplace else. Then my food was ready. While I was sitting there I witnessed rude behavior towards others asking for their orders and personal conversations going on among the staff regarding paying rent and phone bills. Someone ordered boneless wings, were given bone-in wings and had to wait and they still got their order before me and I witnessed that entire transaction while waiting. After I finally received my order and got home, I was missing 8 lemon pepper wings!!! I definitely need to be contacted about this order and compensation for this order. People walking in shouldn’t get their orders before someone waiting for over an hour after placing an order."
