"Do not go to this location. I repeat do not. Me and mother tried going to this establishment, and spent over sixty dollars. We paid for the meal with are card, and it went through. They wanted to charge us a additional sixty dollars because they wanted to hit refund without our knowledge on the transaction. They then wanted to call the cops because we were not going to pay 120 dollars in one night on food when it was there mistake."

"My wife and I went to the one on Rivers Ave. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two drinks. We waited 20 minutes and the server came out with the wrong order and was in no hurry. She said she would be right back thinking two drinks this should be quick and still waited for another 10 minutes. I left without my drinks. I will never go back to that sonics. I did notice as I was leaving the server came out and clearly new the people behind us leaning on the car and putting her head inside the window of the car. Do better."

"Whatever you do, do NOT go to the Sonic on Rivers Ave. in Charleston, SC!!! Every time I come, they take forever, get the orders wrong, & this morning the manager was a b____!!!!! She essentially called me a liar, after getting my order wrong & charging me extra for something that was supposed to be e a part of my order (as pictured, & I have NEVER been charged extra for it before!)!!! She was VERY nasty! And if that wasn’t bad enough, the food was all COLD, not even remotely warm, & it took over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, making me late for work! Completely unacceptable. SMH"

"The Sonic employees were so kind and had such a great attitude when our corporate event ran out of food and we ordered over 40 burgers and sides! I know they were short-staffed, but they got all the food ready quickly and were super nice! Thank you!"

"I stopped in with my friends after we went to a haunted house last night and it was just the treat I needed. I got a fudge shake and it wasn’t the best shake I’ve ever had it and it made my stomach a little upset because of how much sugar it was, and how rich it was But that’s mostly just because I never eat out. They were quick with the shake and the woman was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place it’s easy convenient cheap place to get a snack or a milkshake. Also definitely take the time to get the sonic app, it will save you time and money."
