"After the day, they're lucky if I even come Back There's honestly a couple of reasons ...I found out a certain amount of things. Number one, not all the donations are Going Out to the public store. They're going on, eBay. I advise people to op donating jewelry here . Not long after they first opened. I'll for them 88% melt On their gold jewelry that exceeds anyone in Seneca nobody else pays higher. I never get a response back from the lady. Who is a volunteer that handles their jewelry? And she's always on vacation. Don't really have time to be doing it . But nevertheless The Moment they treated me as if I wasn't worth doing business with. I should have stopped doing Business with them. I don't know how they can identify as a resale store. When they don't even put money in the items they are selling. They are a thrift store. And lot most of them are very greedy. When it comes to max out the amount of money, they get for their donations. But what they don't realize is they miss. I'm not gonna talk about how much gold I bought for $5 out ththere or less better yet... But I guess that's going to be there loss. Update : They are It's very finicky about selling you anything. They check way into it to make sure did. It aint worth some crazy amount of money. They did this on AM shoot. Silver drink mixing spoon that did not have a price on it. Now, they're having to wait for their jewelry. Person to look at over just because I knew it was Sterling silver. Before that, you could give me a price. Myq advice stop donating to these people instead Make your own money off your own stuff, especially jewelry."
"Absolutely will NOT come back. There was a train track with a 6.99$ sticker on it so I said ok son we will get it. We get to the counter and the lady said sorry thats not our sticker. Let me find out how much it is. She comes back and says 30$ after I promised it to my son.. I then say we'll yall should probably cover up tags that aren't yours.. the blonde curly lady looks at me and rolls her eyes. EXCUSE ME but if this happened to one of your children you would be upset as well. Bad customer service. Never again. What a shame on you guys."
"Bought a laundry sorter last week. This morning I noticed it was falling apart & I call the store, get told all sales final. I was told to “tape it together.” Even goodwill has an exchange/store credit policy with receipt. I won’t waste my hard earned money here again. Almost 17.00 (16.99) for something that turned out to be junk. Buyer beware. Update 10/1: this store has some decent items. I’m still a bit disappointed about the other purchase but I found 2 decent end tables today. Some things are a bit pricey for a thrift store. As with any other, have to do quick research & have an idea in mind if you’re looking for something specific. I’m changing from 1 star to 3. I will say 2 of the ladies helped me get the end tables in my car today and that was appreciated. 6/3/23- have had a bit better finds with the previously posted end table. Uploading a photo of cabinet found today. In other words, is like other thrift stores- hit & miss. Never know what may be found. I don’t like that they seem to do like goodwill & mark up prices but for the right item- I’m willing to pay a reasonable price depending on how much it may have been marked up. However, due to the higher prices, I don’t come here often."
"I visit a lot of thrift stores whenever I travel and this was my first time to Ripple Resale. I found the store to be well organized and prices fair on the clothing items. However, I felt their pricing on homeware stuff was a little overpriced. For example, I saw a pair of grey drapes that were priced at $20 for the pair. I could get these same curtains at either Big Lots or Ollie's for that price or cheaper new. I feel if they were to reduce their prices on houseware items they would move more inventory and have higher sales for their ministry ."
