"If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't respect delivery drivers at all. I literally waited over 30 minutes at the mobile order pickup in total, they didn't come to the window there and completely ignored me. One of the employees was just doodling and talking to people in the drive thru and he came near the mobile pickup window so I know he saw me and intentionally ignored me. So I drove through the drive thru because that was the only window they were paying attention to and the same employee didn't listen to my concerns, was rude, and just told me to go back to the mobile pickup window. I did and they continued to ignore me, only paying attention to drive thru customers!! Because of this I had to cancel another Uber Eats order at another restaurant because the other restaurant closed. Absolutely ridiculous and have never experienced such disrespect and rude behavior at any other Checkers location. When I brought this up to the other worker there they just had some lame excuse of "we have to prioritize drive thru orders and there's a certain time prioritization." Let me be clear, they weren't just prioritizing drive thru orders, which I expect, they were COMPLETELY IGNORING delivery drivers. They saw me multiple times and did not once come to the window. This incident occurred between 1 - 2 AM on January 30, 2024. I have been to far busier Checkers locations who still didn't ignore me. So this Checkers will be losing many delivery orders because no delivery driver is going to tolerate that"

"the customer service at this checkers was just horrendous. the young girl at the window with the blonde wig, was just miserable and had a horrible attitude. we went to order and there was no hello or any greeting, just silence. after some awkward silence, we proceeded to order and one of my family members told her “this is their first time at checkers” trying to make conversation and the girl just looked at us up and down and said “ok”. while ordering she was just mumbling and we could barely hear a word that she was saying and kept rushing us to finish. i then proceeded to order and after we were done, she didn’t say anything again. as it was our first time at checkers, we didn’t know if we get a receipt or a ticket or when to pick up our orders. she just stared at us until we left out of confusion. i don’t know if she was having a bad day or what it was but it was just pure stank attitude. the burgers were good so whoever is in the kitchen needs to keep up the good work, but please get that girl out of that window."

"I order a 1/2 lb chicken bites. Looks like I order a half pound of fries..My food tasted like sweet cinnamon icing.not fresh hard as a rock..hopefully my trash can will enjoy it more than I did."

"This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed a mobile order and waited in the mobile order pick up line for over 20 minutes before the car in front of me who was in park when I arrived, left. They gave us half of our food and then told us to find a parking space to wait so we did. We waited in the parking space for another 30 minutes before I walked up and asked for a refund because what we had gotten was now cold. They told me they could not do a refund if I had ordered through the app and that I needed to get a refund through the app I said OK that’s fine, But I’ve tried to do refunds through apps before and never could get one so I asked him to show me on my phone where I could go on the app to get my refund. The employee took my phone and dropped it onto the counter, and then the floor. The floor was filthy. he then went through the app for a minute and then gave the phone back to me and walked away without a word. When I asked him how I was supposed to get a refund if even he couldn’t figure it out, he said that he “didn’t look how to get me a refund” he “just went through my app.” Very nice. He then said he needed the food that I had gotten back to give me a refund. I said OK and gave him the food. He disappeared for another 15 minutes and then came back and said he couldn’t give me a refund and I said, can I at least get new food made, and he walked away without saying anything. I went onto the checkers website and called the customer service line there and I was told that they could help me in 3 to 5 business days. Completely unacceptable. I received no food I paid over $40 for. Checkers stole from me and I will be doing a chargeback on my card come Monday."
