"1/28/24 at 10:45 am. I was in the drive through no one greeted us on the intercom. I had to be at work by 11. I went to check the door. both were locked. Just close the restaurant already if you dont have staff to staff them. I saw one girl in there. that is just ridiculous. So now Im late for work with no food."

"The drive thru is slow, always. And the staff is super rude for no reason. Tried going here twice and same results. The chicken wrap looked like someone bit off of it and half was gone. I threw it away. They always make you pull up and wait. And don't say thanks or have a nice day, nothing. Don't goto the one on Dorchester rd. Horrible"

"Waited forever in line only to get to the pickup window to receive the wrong order..NEVER AGAIN.. Tuesday Januay 21st.... i went against my better judgement and decided to give this BURGER KING another chance so i went in only not to be acknowledged while the staff played around using profanity. placed my order 8:11 pm and the staff calling numbers saing going once going twice...mutiple angry customers waiting.the orders were all mixed up. While waiting on our order we observed the guy making our burgers had his hands to his mouth while wearing gloves..floors dirty, bleach jug sitting on the counter and kid toy sitting in customers path. Recieved my order at 8:25 SURELY I WON'T BE BACK and if i was you i would JUST DRIVE BY! : Nov. 30.2023... after 3 years, I decided to give this Burger King another try. Went to the drive-through, ordered a #1 and #2 added cheese, never got my total at the sign, got to the window, and guy says my order was $27 and some change. So I said $27! He says I added cheese and drinks. Are you kidding me they were value meals.. paid drove off and went to look at the receipt on the bag, but it's not a receipt at all. I never received a receipt. I guess it's OK to rob a customer, but let it have been the other way around, then it's a crime. !!! I URGE YOU PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS BURGER RIPOFF KING!!! See photo:"

"I had a whopper meal and the meal was horrible they never have tea. But most important the food was cold I waited for 15 minutes and the food was cold . I also ordered a second meal it was also cold. I went to another one and it closed at 8:30 pm not sure what is going on with service but I no longer will be a customer. Service is really horrible. I use to love the service but over time it did decline. One facility has all teenagers that were playing around while customers waited for over 35 minutes for food"
