"I'd love to leave a higher rating due to the great staff and service I've had there. However, you have to have an entire day of flexibility and have to refresh the app like you're trying to score Taylor Swift tickets or be standing at the doors 30-45 min before opening if you want to be seen that day. There's no way to pick a certain time or schedule an appointment (corp creates the app not the local folks) and the ETAs you usually need to add another hour to. They typically already have a wait of 2-3 hours within minutes of opening. Which means if you're trying to do this over your lunch ... Good luck, you'll need it. If you attempt to go on a Sunday you HAVE to be in person and there 30-45 early to get in line. Sundays book within minutes of opening. Typically I'll try for a week then end up at the Great Clips that I never have issues getting in with in a reasonable time frame, like same day and within 15-20 of the ETA. So, 5 stars for service, 1 star for a terrible queue structure scheduling models as the only option with as busy as they stay."

Another plus is all the stylists are very friendly and conversational so I always have a great conversation while getting a fantastic haircut. "Please explain to me how my son can be first on the list and already 20 minutes past his quoted time, and they put another guy ahead of him because that man wanted a certain stylist? My son was first available. I’ve been sitting here for over an hour. Never again."
