"I walked into the store, picked out some hair products, and no one was there to check me out. I waited at the register for 5 minutes. Finally, I had to walk to the employee back door and call out. Then the girl that answered me didn't apologize. I advised her that she left a personal cell phone on the front of the register, and she rolled her eyes at me. Usually Sally is very friendly. Never received an apology either for having to hunt her down."
