Performing the procedures was Tonya -- she is really sharp, on the ball, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, humorous, diligent ... just the best ever. . NOTE: RapidPass® can ONLY be completed on the day *of* your donation ... not the night before, not within 24 hours -- the day *of*. Definitely recommend using RapidPass to save time during your site visit. It's easy to find on the web site, or on the app."

I've been 3-4 times at this point and each time have had an amazing, kind, compassionate staff member that explains everything so well. Constantly hearing there is a need for donations, yet never any time slots available. This was my last attempt to help. If they need blood so badly, staff needs to work on making the process a bit more accessible."

"Jamie and Rochelle are the best. The team is super duper at Mt. P. The staff at Mt Pleasant takes great care of donors. I would like to give even higher review, but the higher ups took away the treats and non-sugar drinks, and the arms on the new beds are very uncomfortable, to the point OF BEING VERY painful when your elbow is hyperextend FOR A LONG TIME. Have reported both of these issues to staff leadership all way up the ladder to Clt., NC without the courtesy of a reply. Can't fault the local staff, they work hard and long and are very attentive and highly emphatic."
