"I booked an appointment about 3-4 weeks prior to a wedding I was attending. Erica cancelled on me about 10 hours before my scheduled appointment. I understand things happen, and I understand cancellations. (Even though her policy states she charges a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours before the appointment). However I was told that I would receive a deposit refund. After 6 days, I reached out because I had not received a refund. I never got a response so I sent ANOTHER email. I finally got a response, and she said she sent it through square, but if I have not received it to send her my cash app. I sent her my cash app, and I still have not received my deposit back. It's bad business, and it's sad. I absolutely loved my makeup that she did for me when I booked her before but I will not be returning after this experience. I love patronizing different businesses, and I am never one to bad mouth a business, but this was disrespectful and unprofessional. I can't spend my money where I feel like I am not valued as a customer."
