Ruby Tuesday 1953 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407

"Horrible service!! We didn’t even get seated bc of how dirty and lazy this establishment is. Woman came over to the front after waiting about five minutes. Informed us that it would be a bit of a wait. They are short staff and all the tables were dirty. I said ok that’s fine we will wait we are a party of 3 and one table won’t take long to clean off. She again assured us it would be awhile. Ok that is fine. Both her and the bar tender sat doing nothing. Not many customers were in the restaurant the tables just hadn’t been cleaned off. Woman didn’t clean tables and bartender did nothing. Both very lazy. It’s employers like that that will bankrupt your business or maybe she just didn’t want to work at all being lazy and all. However the amount of rudeness is comical. I don’t what that woman had against us being there but apparently it was large enough for her to forfeit making some good money. Bless your heart for the amount of rudeness you gave and thank you for reminding me just how much I matter in this big world. You allowed your own problems and laziness to take the money you would of made off myself and my family from you and whatever family you do have. How powerful are we?? Could of been a good night for you. However the person you are allowed you to loose out on that. Do not go here. They don’t serve people they just sit and do nothing. Honestly I believe the health department should be called bc if all the tables are dirty and no one is there to clean off any of them. Can you imagine what that buffet looked like. So glad we left and went some place else. T"

"We were seated by a Host and handed menus and told our waitress would be with us shortly. After 15 minutes and no waitress or anyone else for that matter we left. Just a side note no one else entered the restaurant after us, so I'm unsure why the Host did not offer to take our orders... We will not be back!"

"Our server when we finally found out who she was...(because she was told by the other lady that sat us and gave us our drinks she had us) it was like 3:39 when we got there and we literally did not got our food until after 5:00 anyways her name was Disney was fabulous...however had to send back steak as I really liked well well done but all in all it was decent and the salad bar is always a winner."

"Waited about 10 minute’s before being seated. Currently waiting for drinks that finally came after ordering them 10 minutes ago. Granted the Sunday rush is over. Salad bar needs to be replenished. Waitress was so excited about getting off as she was taking our order. I don’t know if the manager is here but if they are they need to help serve."

"Below, you’ll find two pics of our food. The service was horrible, all the waiters and waitresses walked passed several times with no hello or help. Once I stopped one of the waitresses and ask if I could gather my online order, she reply I guess so… she went to the kitchen got my order and handed to me quickly walking away. The food pasta was dry beyond belief, I ask for some of the sauce and was told I would have to pay $5 per plate, I reply can I see the manager, after 5/8 minutes of waiting with the same waiter and waitresses just walking pass I decided to leave. I will be filing a report with the BBB, I want all of my money back. *** I’ve sent over the info requested by guest relations, and still no response***"
