"I was helped by Ashley and had the most horrible experience ever! She was more interested in making a sale instead of making sure the customer understood what they were buying. Every time she helped me with an item she took it to the register like I was ready to check out. I would have spent more if I didn’t feel rushed to make a purchase. I will be contacting corporate office to file a formal complaint. Very unprofessional, rude, and wasn’t knowledgeable on products. I will never spend my money in this location again as long as she’s employed. I wish I could give no stars."

"WARNING TO PEOPLE OF MULTICULTURAL OR NATURAL HAIR AS MYSELF!This store deserves no stars.Today I visit Sally to buy some products for my hair and was ask can I help you in a rude tone and then told I had multicultural hair and my products are over there by a girl sitting on the floor by back wall. So I ask what does that mean to be multicultural she stated not to be racist but you know what I mean. I felt this was very rude and disrespectful. I am regular customer and often spend 100 or more dollars here but I will not be returning back there anymore. I felt very unwelcome and disrespect. She deserves to be fired for being racist!"

"I was in there ordering a part for my sink, they ordered me a discontinued part. But.....still kept on charging my credit card, If you can't handle simple math go back to school. Besides you people here are just incompetent to handle a store much less a register, need to go back to school and seek further education. If there was a 0 star on here you would get it you don't deserve 1 star."

"The Sally's in Orangeburg is very unprofessional. I was there with my friends having a great day. There was this lady and we asked her about the heat protectants. She showed us the ones on sale. We were curious about how the smell was and the consistency. So we sprayed it being curious and not wanting to waste our money. So the lady saw us spraying it and she said you aren't suppose to spray it. We decided we didn't want the spray because it was super greasy. I infer that's why it was on sale for 50% off. She then got the heat protectant and was carrying it around with her. Well we found the actual heat protectants of other brands she didn't tell us about. While we were looking at the other heat protectants,she was staring and watching us. Also the other employees were very obnoxious, loud ,and singing in the store. They were very inappropriate and unprofessional. While we were checking out the lady says "are you going to use the heat protectant you used." We said no and checked out. It reminded me of this app and I thought I should leave a review because it was an awful experience."
