Kia was very knowledgeable of basic hair care and beyond..My first time coming into.the shop she gave me a consultation due to concerns I had due to a procedure I had done that was close to my hair.The actual appointment was even better she acknowledged me and let me know she would.be with me momentarily, sat me in her chair shortly afterwards, then analyzed the condition of my hair advised of the things that needed to be done to address her concerns for my hairs condition..After that she took very good care of my hair and the hairstyle was amazing!
