"*this is in no way to reflect negativly on the employee who was doing her absolute best and was working her butt off* It is unacceptable that a poor sweet girl was staffed in there alone at night. It was super busy and she looked exhausted and overwhelmed and like she was about to cry or just cried. Aside from being stressful and overwhelming it is a HUGE safety issue to expect a woman to work alone at night in a building until after 2 am!! I asked her if they had staffed her like that on purpose and she said “a bunch of people just quit” I CAN SEE WHY! she had been doing this for days already and she’s going to be doing it for the rest of this week! My food was fine and she got it out as quick as she could. There was a huge line- That sweet employee deserves a medal because I know people have probably been rude or impatient with her and I hope this can be rectified!"

"My family and I went to went to Wendy's on University Blvd. The doors were locked so we had to use the drive through. Movement was incredibly slow. Once we got up to order, someone asked if we were going to use the app. When we said no, no one responded to our call for at least 10 minutes. The driver through was not crowded. Service could have been much better."

"I waited in a long line only to watch cars drive away. That should've been my que to leave as well, but I had a taste for some spicy nuggets. I finally drive to the speaker only to wait another 3 minutes. When I said, "HELLO!" I was greeted with an "OH! my bad". I asked for a spicy nugget combo and a baconator combo with NO cheese and NO sauce. To my surprise when I got home, I bit into cold stale nuggets and a double burger(I asked for a single) with cheese on it. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. Oh, and if I wouldn't have asked for my other drink, they would've let me drive off without it. Attention to detail is what this place needs along with fresh food!"

"God forbid you ask someone for fresh food around here its like you are asking jigsaw not to punish you for your atrocities against man. I came through the drive thru for a straight week. And did just that and I got the same result every time even smaller than what I was ordered. I get it its 7/8 o’clock in the morning but is it that hard to get what I am paying for? This only happens with Vincent as well the other lady who is in the window is cheery and I never have an issue and I dont even ask for enthusiasm just fresh seasoned potatos. Im coming back for my money or potatoes because this was unacceptable."

"I don’t know what is going on but they should not be said to be “open” if you can’t even order. I tried to go through the drive thru, an employee came out and said it didn’t work. So I placed a mobile order and go inside to pick it up (I should have gone inside to just order and that’s my fault) and the door was locked. So, I don’t know if they’re open or not, also I never got my money back and never received a follow up call about it. I advise people to not go to this location! Please get better management!"
