"I'm at Sally's right now trying to shop but I can't get in because the door is locked. I just want to buy some edge control. The store hours are 11am to 7pm on this Monday at 1pm. This so aggravating to me"

"I have always like this location the last visit in one week were not pleasant on Wednesday I walk in two young ladies look at me didn't bother to speak or help I knew the store and just went where they tanning spray they did have I needed so on my way the young ladies said may I help you. I just left Saturday aug 20 I return with a pleasant welcome I had already called in the order it wasn't what I ask for the tall white lady might be the manager apologies no problem I had to on assisting it's not what I want. I know what I liked. She just saying my husband uses the moose tanning I said once again I wanted the spray. She lecture me the few minutes I was in your store. Very uncomfortable just listen to me. I may be a senior at 65. I'm no was slow. In anyway. Oak a property manager at a well apartment building here in my hometown if walterboro no beauty experience here. I will not return. I felt harassing didn't get you closer to your pushy sale tactic"

"According to the Holy Bible, a woman's hair is her crowning glory and it is that way for me. I'm Pentacostal with long hair. I had a major breakdown over how my hair turned out. More dry than hay and in different colors! A very thin lady with blonde hair helped my fiance and I at this store recently and did NOT know what she was doing whatsoever. The hair color remover she recommended was VERY HARSH and literally bleached my hair, damaging it and it had to be trimmed. I had not wanted to bleach my hair at all! Just remove color from a previous dying 9 months ago. I'd wanted something like my fiance had gotten for a hair color remover that was easy on his hair, but she recommended that instead so I trusted her knowing what she was talking about. The directions said to mix it with water but she told me to mix it with 4 oz of 20 volumizer instead for 2 packets. (Long hair) So, I did. My hair was more dry than hay! I panicked. Dying my hair to the color I'd wanted, she told me I needed 2 boxes dye (4.10 oz) and one small bottle of 3oz 20 volumizer for that and recommended I use the same brand as the hair dye I bought. So, that is what I bought. I read the box at home and it said 1 box (2.05) oz to 1 volumizer (3 oz) of the brand. So what I had bought, I'd iterally need another container of that volumizer. I tried with what I had to cover the damage and it ended up fried and in different colors. I have no trust in employees of Sally Beauty at the Walterboro store now."

"I am writing this review of our local Sally's Beauty Supply in Walterboro, South Carolina to show my appreciation for something that seems to have become a nearly obsolete practice for businesses from my experience as a buyer: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's been a long time since I called a business (that I haven't EVEN been to yet) that had such a friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable sales person to answer the phone and provide such amazing customer service that it makes me WANT to go in to our store...... and they don't even have what I was inquiring about! Great customer service is one of the biggest reasons I return to any business or suggest it to others. Good job Sally's!!!!"

"The store is very organized and put together, however a black woman with glasses was the only one working and she was incredibly RUDE. She didn't ask if we needed help, or even greet my friend and I. I then asked her to see if they had a color in the back and she very bluntly stated shipment was just put out. Okay. Cool. So then i asked if she could look up my card by phone number and she sarcastically responded with "well we can try." Just an unpleasant experience."
