"RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This hasn’t been my first appointment to this establishment. Every time I go the prices change at the leisure of how they are feeling for the day. They are never on time and you have to call them to come in. I booked online at one price and they tried to price gauge to $100-$150 more. Even after I told them what my issue was several other customers came in and complained to them as well about the same issue. There were all met with an I don’t care attitude. Please call ahead and ask the actual prices because the website is just a way to lure customers in. Once you get there the real auction starts. PLEASE BE AWARE and find another facility."
"Please be careful with this salon. After 2 months after having my invisibles braids I started the long process of taking out my braids. But let me tell you this women put nail glue in my hair mind you I found this out after the fact by the owner. I didn’t want them to touch my hair to take the braids and try someone else but of course the damage was done. They didn’t want to touch it and told me to go back to person that put the braids in. So I called this rude women today that told me that it was normal for her to put nail glue in and this a normal practice. I was told I would have to pay $60 to have them taken out. You will be hearing from my lawyer!!!!!!!!"
"This was my first time getting braids and I must say that I left the salon very satisfied. The stylists took their time and made my hair look amazing. The stylists were very nice. I will definitely be back to see you ladies in a few months. Thanks!"
