"We have always LOVED Victor’s (chef) cooking. We followed his food truck (Victor’s Lab) and now a brick and mortar location to showcase his dedication to his craft. The burger makes you pause to savor each bite but the bowls help you to understand that there are moments of heaven on earth."

"Tried the burger we’ve all been waiting for. Burger was different. Patty didn’t really have a beef taste and wasn’t seasoned that good. Burger also had a reddish tint to it. Didn’t know if it wasn’t cooked all the way or if the seasoning they did use wasn’t mixed into the beef well. I’m a big burger person and this just wasn’t what I like. Burger was okay but not great!! Also had an issue with the debit card machine like the reviewer before me."

"Hopefully time open will improve the kinks. The menu is well laid out, easy for anyone with a food sensitivity to navigate. The righteous brother burger was fantastic, although the descriptions of the first 4 burgers didn't really distinguish from eachother. The last 3 definitely sounded unique. The righteous brother burger did remind me of the cheeseburger hamburger helper in flavor. The chicken rice bowl was eh. Nothing special nothing unique could have gotten the same thing at the mall food court. The restaurant itself is incredibly echoy, it was so loud with people, we were nearly shouting to each other across the small tables. It took a little over 35 minutes to get our food, partly from visible lack of organization. Top it off there were at least 3 people running the floor and not a single one addressed the order bottle neck. They seemed to only hold conversation with people they knew and did the very brief drive by if things were good while your mouth was full. Was really excited to try it out and was disappointed with the actual outcome."
