"I walked in to inquire about prices and scheduling an appointment. Big signage on door says “walk-ins welcome.” No one approached me even after several operators saw me. I sat for 35 min and left."

"Some stylists don't really listen to the clients and think they know what to do. BUT some do not and this one clearly didn't. The minute I got back in my car, I rewrapped my hair. Some stylists are too 'cut' happy and think everybody wants their hair cut/clipped. I clip my ends myself, which apparently isn't often enough for them. Stylists should do what the clients tell them to do (unless the service is free)."
