Beautiful and clean location with helpful and concerned employees who made my lunch experiences pleasant and fulfilling. The food was prepared well and fulfilling. With all of my travels I frequent many of Chicken Salad Chick and this one sets the bar high for all others. Great start"

"I stop in here almost every week to get chicken salad, pasta, and soup for my meal preps. This past Monday service wasn't that great. The young man working the register recognized me, which was really nice. A nice "hey!" with a smile. He took my order, and we chatted until the next customer came in. I ordered a quart of loaded potato soup and asked for 2 of the small containers of bacon and cheese. I heard and watched one employee holding the bacon in the container up and saying that was plenty and would require them to have to cook more to get what I ordered. The young man who took my order didn't seem too happy in the way they were acting over bacon. Let me tell you, a quart of LOADED potato soup for 3 individuals is going to need more than a half filled small cup. I didn't bother to say anything. The Monday prior, a manager took my order and no issue giving me 2 small cups of cheese and bacon. Employees need to realize patrons are watching them and how they act. I do believe it was a manager who was acting aggravated over bacon. Do better... you are a leader mentoring young adults who are watching you and how you conduct yourself in a top position. Kudos to the young man at the register. Keep up with recognition of regular faces and greet them with your smiling face. You're doing things right!"

"Great little place for lunch. I got the melt and mac n cheese combo and it was perfect. Perfect portion size and tasted great. They have a ton of different kinds of chicken salad. I got the classic and it was very good. Can't wait to come back and try a different one, probably one of the spicy ones!"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chicken Salad Chick on Dorchester Road in Summerville, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu and making recommendations, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. But the real star of the show was the food. I ordered the Classic Carol chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken salad was perfectly seasoned and flavorful, and the bread was fresh and fluffy. I also tried a side of their broccoli salad, which was equally delicious. The ingredients were all fresh and high-quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.
