"Zero stars deserved! Never again will I utilize this establishment. My son’s hair was really long on top. First, the two African American women working literally argued over who was going to cut my son’s hair. (Neither woman wanted to) I explained and even showed a picture of what we wanted,Simply taking off the top into a box like cut. She didn’t shampoo and disregarded the photo and cut all of my sons hair off! It was a rounded mess. He was so upset. I had to go to a barber shop to clean up the mess. Thank goodness for him."

"I visit this shoppe because of its location near to my home. My last visit - a couple of months ago - consisted of the workers complaining (to clientel) of too heavy of a workload and too few stylists present whilst cutting my hair. This visit was much better. They had me and my son in and out in ~30 minutes with fresh cuts on a Sunday! Same number of stylists & the same stylists as my last visit.... Either they're improving morale, paying better, or hiring more staff? I am no longer completely unapproving of this location. There's that...."
