"Been parked here for about 30 minutes. Went to try and pay for parking and the store is closed. Saw one of the employees at the fuel pumps. He said there computers are down. Told him I wanted to pay for parking and he said he couldn't do it due to the computer problem. Offered to pay in cash and he still wouldn't give me a parking permit. I hope they don't try and tow my truck. This store needs to get their selves together. All the reviews on here are not good. Guess I'll have to call them to see if they are open so I can finally pay to park. Seriously get your store together."

"The only reason for one star is the truck parking. There are more cars parked there than trucks. I have been parking there for over 8 years. I am an OTR driver and live in the area and get home every other weekend. I have never seen a truck stop that allows people to park their cars to save parking spots. I have seen cars and trucks sit for months without being moved. And now it's getting to the point when I get home there are no spots to park. Last I remember all truck stops are first come, first serve. Unless you have reserved parking on a nightly basis. And I have noticed that some of these trucks can park at their company terminal in the area. Truck parking is at a prime in the area and you would make more money doing the first come, first serve than letting a car or truck sit there for weeks at a time."

"I've been parking here and buying fuel and food for 11 trucks and drivers since 2015 and they towed my car fir the lack of a parking pass that I failed to get because I was running late and decided I'll get it later. I'm not mad but very disappointed after all the money I've spent here over the last 4 years, it cost me $65 to get my car from the pound and that's ok. I hope it was worth it for them because I won't spend another penny there for the rest of my life!"

"They said my husband's card was declined. But it showed up under our bank acct. Went back, Sean wrote on my receipt and said wait to see if it goes through. Well, it went through. Just went up there, and a super rude woman said "you'll have to come back tomorrow when a manager is here." They have my money and I do not have the product. Why do I have to go up there multiple times??? The way I have been treated is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I will never buy gas or anything else at this place!"
