"The following review is based on the Restaurant Week 2024 menu. I had such high hopes for this pricey steakhouse, I've been wanting to try it for a long time and I finally did. Sadly, this first impression was not good at all. It all started well, drinks, bread, appetizers and finally, after a long wait, the entres came out. I was served two thin, rawish lamb chops and the wife had a 6 Oz salmon (more like a bite of one, two inches long). The side dish never came out and the cheesecake for dessert was lumpy. This is one restaurant that I will not be coming back to."
"We're blessed to spend New Year's Eve here with my husband. We had a beautiful dinner, drinks, fabulous service, live entertainment... The atmosphere was perfect! Just what we had in mind for an elegant yet fun and upbeat evening. We will definitely come back for future date nights!!"
"My husband and I came to celebrate our 22 years anniversary and it was worth every penny. Tomahawk steaks were delicious. I also had Brussels sprouts delicious as well. We highly recommended to bring family, friends. Thank you guys for an wonderful anniversary dinner."
"The food was amazing. The 8 oz filet was cooked perfectly. The accompanying lobster was great and was flavorful. The Wagyu was reasonably priced and prepared well. The scallop was a bit smaller than anticipated. The restaurant is advertised as not kid friendly, mostly true, however, they did have a chair for our 21 month old. I would recommend bringing your own seat. The staff was excellent in accommodating us. Excellent food and service and would go back."
"My husband and I came to Hilton Head for our Honeymoon at the beginning of June and we made a reservation at Chophouse 119 for dinner one of the nights we were there. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this restaurant. THE SERVICE, THE DRINKS, THE FOOD!!! Omg DONT. GET. ME. STARTED on that Truffle Mac & Cheese!!! It literally brought me to tears. We will definitely be returning here next year for our Anniversary! Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of us."
