"Have been coming here for the last 6 months. Today's visit was very cold. It was as if the lady who serviced was angry. I had dipped the sand top coat applied in October 2022. The last couple of visits were somewhat compliancy . Today, I went to have the top coat removed. She filed my nails so thin until my fingers were bleeding. "The water was ice cold because the water heater was messed up and it was freezing the night before. I told her to microwave the water and she didn't hear me and allowed it to be breathtaking. I went as a new customer, Saturday February 4th, 2023 and there was no apology. I paid full price; using a gift certificate, for it and the tip because they only did 8 on the debit card machine. Really bad service. Will never go again. And they are not experienced. They're horrible."
