"We love Jersey Mike’s and coming from the North we were very happy they were here. But when ordering on line you still wait a very long time to get your food. It’s never ready when you pick up."

"They need a better system for orders to go. They don’t have a place where they put the finished orders so you can grab and go. And when you ask them where your order is they are baffled because they didn’t have any labels on any of the sandwiches. Need a manager to get this place organized."

"By far the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. This locations staff and or management has got to be the worst I've ever seen. They don't bother to start making pickup orders until you arrive and ask for it and then don't even tell you when it's done. I arrived 20 minutes after my order when the app said 15 so I wouldn't have to wait since I have a short lunch break. When I arrived I was told they were just starting my cold sandwich. I sat and watched as 15 other sandwiches were made and my food was still not ready. 30 minutes later when I asked them about it they said oh it's ready you're supposed to ask. Really? They knew I was there waiting for the food as I had just talked to the girl and she what immediately forgot? Apparently in house orders are more important and they didn't want my business. What was I supposed to interrupt them every 2 minutes and ask again if my food was ready? No they'd think that was rude and they were already rude to me. I wasted my whole lunch break just waiting for my food. When I finally get my food it's soggy and sloppily made. I've had similar experiences at this location in particular and keep trying to give it another chance but it seems hopeless."

"Good Philly Cheesesteak here. Busy place, but got waited on promptly. Choice of breads offered. Hot sandwich came out faster than I expected. Pleasant wait staff"
