"Short staffed had to wait 25 for food and then order was wrong. Don't blame the staff only two very nice and apologetic girls working the whole place."

"Been my favorite Krystal’s for ever until today…they always had crummy service but I can deal with it usually until today. I had some short checks from work and with the holidays near I counted out my payment in quarters (only qtrs) and the lady at drive thru made the biggest deal out of it and made someone else count it out bc she didn’t have time for that…then proceeded to tell me I can not come back with that type of payment. I’m not one to get embarrassed easily but that embarrassed me so much. I won’t be returning and I’ll be sure to suggest all my friends and family don’t go there."

"Of I could give this restaurant a minus I most definitely would. Went there for lunch. Ordered a sack full with cheese. Was given my drinks and asked to pull up. Waited for 15 minutes before I went inside. Once there I asked about my food. They had completely forgotten about my order and proceeded to throw it together in front of me. Went over to two individuals who I assumed were management. All they said was we will handle it and proceeded to just sit there on their phones. They didn't sat one word to any of the staff. Will not be returning to this establishment. Fire the whole crew including management and Start over!"

"The place looks so run down. The service was poor. I ordered a large #1 combo and added ketchup. They bring me 4 Krystal with cheese, extra mustard, and a medium coke and fries, I said I ordered a large combo and paid for a large combo, and she said I did not take your order, so I don't know what you ordered and then swapped it for a large drink and fries."

"Waste of time! I wanted to go because we don't have this restaurant where I'm from. The cheese fries were old, I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times, I wanted some ice cream & the machine was down...I didn't hold that against them too much because it was about 1:30 in the morning. But considering how they're open 24 hours a day, I'm thinking it should've been up. I ordered cheese fries without the chilli and as you can see in the picture, the box was turned up like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or something. The cheese was getting hard like it had been sitting out & the fries were old. I'm not from here so I just dealt with it but when I come back it won't be a place I go to regardless of how late they stay open! I'll just go to waffle house, even though I have one at home."
