"This particular location is hilarious. Everybody was once in cosmetology school and knows everything but what they should know about hair. That wasn’t the issue though.This particular store tried to be a little stingy when it came to a return I was trying to make, flat out refused to give me my refund multiple times and then tried to be funny and give me my refund on a store gift card instead of putting it back on my card. Making up their own little rules despite orders from the store’s headquarters to refund my money on my card. But corporate was so nice and attentive, and I ended up getting my money back in the end. But if you can avoid coming to this location, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere."

"Went in yesterday to return an item, and use a $10 reward to purchase a couple items. Since I returned an item, I received store credit. I get my two items and go to the register... I tell the girl before we start that I have a $10 reward in my email, and a store credit on a gift card. She acknowledged. She scans my items and tells me to insert gift card. So I swiped my gift card... then she says my balance is $6 and some change. I tell her to scan my reward... she says she can’t because she already swiped my gift card. I told her that I had the reward from the beginning... she stares at me like I am the stupid one and calls for her manager to assist me because she is not sure what to do. The manager comes and tells me there’s nothing she can do and to use reward at another time. Which I wasn’t willing to do since number one, I came in to use both, and number 2, I told the girl but she just didn’t listen or know what she was doing. So it wasn’t going to cost me out of pocket when I had a reward to use, that would be stupid of me. So the manager, Stephanie is huffing and puffing to the point that I have to say, “Yeah that’s how I feel”... I mean how unprofessional and childish. Then, she does something and tells me ok it’s fixed. She threw away my gift card when I didn’t spend but $16, and between my return and reward, I had a little over $20. So I told her I should have a remainder... she said no you don’t. I told her yes I do, and she said “well there was no other way for me to do it.” So she was hoping I was stupid and wouldn’t remember that I had $5 leftover. The whole time she was very courteous to the employee who messed everything up, but was very rude to me when I am not the one who made the mistake. I have told my peers, family and friends to avoid this store, because the manager is rude and the employees are rude and apparently incompetent. I’ll be taking my salon supply needs somewhere else... customer service is garbage there."
