"I have to say Ruby Tuesday, especially this one, was our favorite place for lunch and/or dinner. We haven't been there in a while, but we won't be going back to this location. When we entered the fella at the door greeted us properly and guided us towards some booths. Every booth at least one side had a tear in the cushion. Staff were standing around talking. Then our waitress at first seemed fine. My husband and I went to get salads. The plates were either dirty or really wet. Then there were several items like the peppers and cucumbers half were rotten mixed in with fresher ones. Several items were completely empty. Then we were almost done with our salad and our daughters appetizer didnt come out. We asked and about 8 more minutes passed and the waitress brought it out with my meal and didn't even bring my daughter meal. Keep in mind there were 3 dirty plates taking up a whole lot of room on the table that we stacked up for her. She didn't even attempt to remove them. We had to ask for more drinks, more chips for appetizer and for our daughters meal. Her meal was hot when it finally got to the table so that was nice. We had to ask her to take the dirty dishes, which my husband picked up to give her, then I asked if she could take my plate as well and you could just tell that it annoyed her. Please keep in mind she only had one other table and they didn't come in until right before my meal was delivered. The diningroom over by the bar also had a small smell to it like the carpet had been wet and not dried properly (Several times). And we noticed that half the plates on our table had been chipped. We had 1 appetizer, 2 meals, 2 salad bars (but technically I guess 3 because my husband went back and that was his meal), and 2 other plates and a big bowl. We haven't been able to all sit down together like that for a bit because of our schedules so it was supposed to be a nice lunch for us. We all were just really disappointed in it. And will not be returning."
"We have enjoyed Ruby Tuesday for many years, but after our last visit we will not be back. Our cocktails were incorrect and remade and still wrong. There was to much simple syrup that made it to sweet and undrinkable.. My husband's chicken meal was ok. Our 6 year olds cheeseburger meal was beyind overcooked and dried out. He didn't eat. My shrimp deconstructed kabobs were swimming in so much butter is was sickening. When the Manger came over she said the they add a lot of butter to the meal and because I didn't get rice to soak it up that's why it was pooling. At first she offered me a discount on a meal I DIDN'T EAT! I was shocked. She finally took my meal off. Our waitress was pleasant and the only positive note on a terrible experience."
"Let's start with the positive.... the salad bar has and will always be one of the freshest and most consistent of chain food establishments. I love the variety and consistency. However, the menu items remain lackluster. Everything just tastes like something out of the freezer and generally relax any type of authenticity. But what probably did it for me on this occasion was the general on uncleanliness of the restaurant. There was also no greeter when we arrived, and even when she saw us, she continued to casually engage with her co-workers. While I was fixing my salad, I could hear the kitchen staff using profanity and contributing to an overall poor dining experience."
"I have not had this type of experience in such a long time. Miss Sandy is such a great person. She showed such warm hospitality very kind and very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and I just loved the warm welcome. I will eat there more often. I love the price I took a vantage of the salad bar. Everything was fresh, clean and delicious."
"We were visiting from Florida. That was the worst experience. The bar was sticky, the entire bar was never wiped off, kids (12 and under were sitting at the bar) The kabobs had some kind of chili powder on it, the margarita tasted like soap. The salad bar looked like it had been sitting on a picnic table in 93 degree weather all day. I got 4 over cooked boneless wings that cost $12.49 cents. (See pic below. That is what was set in front of me)Do not eat there, unless you want to pay for really bad food! I will never stop at Ruby Tuesday’s ever again. As you see a response was made from the “owner”. I emailed as the response from the “owner” requested to do. It must be a generic reply. I have heard nothing back."
