"This is the third time my order was messed up, I was told at the first drive thru window I would get my receipt at the next window, the lady past my drinks and left. The car the second pick up window left so I pulled to it, the guy handed my a bag with the food and a happy meal. I asked for receipt and he said I don’t know why she is telling people that. The printer is not working. I tried calling, no answer. So I am writing this. I’m owed two mcchickens lite lettuce no mayo medium fry, and three bbq sauces. Do to gas prices I will not be going back up there tonight expect me tomorrow after work. If I messed up this much I would be out of a kid $34.65."

"This Mccdonald's has gone down the drain! I came here Saturday around 6pm and I told the young girl at the window my fries are cold, old and dry. Can I please have fresh fries. Her response, I don't work in the kitchen! Another time, a young boy asked me to drive to the third window. They forgot all about my meal. When I walked in and told the young girl they laughed as if it was funny. Too many young kids work at this establishment! Customer service has gone down the drain."

"Service is slow and incompetent. The last 5 times going there took about 30 mins to get order and everytime the order is completely wrong. Fries undercooked and container isn't filled to right amount. Some of the ingredients are stale or over shelf life(wilted lettuce, sloppy tomatoes). Needs a lot better training to improve this location"

"My kids love McDonald's. So anytime we don't feel like cooking and ask them where we should go, McDonald's is always the answer. This one just opened a few months back. Have been 4 or 5 times and was pleased every single time. The food is hot and correctly made. The service is outstanding. I could not be happier with each of my experiences."

"Just sloppy. I wiped away a good bit of sauce before took this picture. Fries were cold & only filled half way in container. When they first opened was good, but has already gone down hill."
