"I hate giving bad reviews. But I really didn't like my dinner at all. One the bun was too sweet. (Not the only restaurant doing this) the wait was long, which doesn't bother me as long as the food is hot. It wasn't. I got the frozen drink. Which wasn't frozen. On the other hand, they did seem to want to give good service. Tonight it just didn't come together"
"Absolutely disgusting. I can't say it any other way. Our food was all wrong, the fries were actually soggy and the mozzarella cheese sticks were so old that the cheese was like rubber and orange. Mozzarella is not supposed to be orange. Again, absolutely disgusting. This was our first time coming here since moving to the area and we will NEVER come to this Burger King again."
"Update: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT CHANGES ARE HAPPENING AT THIS LOCATION. I asked for no tomatoes because I was allergic and they pulled the tomatoes off instead of remaking my sandwich I don't even live in Ladson nor Charleston and I just wasted money on food I can't even eat not sure what's wrong but I was nice and patient with them but I'll be throwing it in the trash and never returning again. EVERYTHING WAS ICE COLD FIND NEW EMPLOYEES THAT CARE WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY $17 AND COULDN'T EAT ANYTHING 11/26/23 had I just bit into the sandwich instead of checking it first I wouldn't be alive to even write this review when people have food allergies your employees should take them seriously."
"I am giving 3 stars because the guy taking orders yesterday was so nice and pleasant. Other than that, the wait is always so long and it takes a while to get your food. All you hear is the staff complaining about hours and how the store is when you pick up your order. It didn’t make me feel good about my choice to come to BK. Unfortunately they were out of impossible burgers, but thank goodness I am not a vegetarian anymore. I just prefer the impossible over hamburger meat. I ordered online, but it doesn’t make any difference in what time, unless you pick up inside. Always select pick up inside because you will be waiting in the drive through for 30+ minutes. Make sure to check your items before you leave. They will add mayo or other condiments even when you request it off so DOUBLE check. If you have allergies to anything, I would suggest going somewhere else. Based off previous reviews this is very common and I would hate for someone to have an allergic reaction."
"I decided to order take out since I’m very sick today and didn’t want to leave the house. For some reason, I was craving bk, so I ordered it for me and my boyfriend. They got almost every part of our order wrong or missing. I’m not even sure they read my order at this point, maybe glanced at the screen then made whatever they felt like from memory. Ordered a bk royal chicken sandwich meal with onion rings, an original chicken sandwich Italian style (the long sandwich) with fries and also a chicken wrap. What did I receive? 2 normal chicken sandwiches slathered in mayo and lettuce. And two onion rings. So all of my boyfriends food was missing, and my sandwich was wrong and nasty. I also ordered two pies, and they got that right. The only thing they got right is what they didn’t have to make. Just sad. This location doesn’t care about anything, lazy franchise owners, lazy employees. Run far far away from this nightmare of a business."
