"I haven’t been to a nail salon since 2019 I have been doing my nails myself still last week and i realized I can’t do it myself anymore I would trim my cuticles myself and I bleed so much which was scary. I knew right then I had to get them professionally done. I waited a week for my nails to heal and I was nervous about getting them done today. The nail tech I had really took his time and was very gently with my hands. I have gel polish 144 on my natural nails. I love it so much. Thank you. I can’t wait to get them done again. I won’t go anywhere else but to y’all. Thank you again"

"horrible customer service! the nail tech cut my cuticles with the drill bit and made me bleed profusely, then applied a mysterious liquid to the cuts that burned awfully. i paid before my nails were finished, and they even charged an extra $5 for almond shaped nails! there are much better nail salons in chapin, definitely go somewhere else!"

"I’d avoid this place at all costs. I’ve tried this salon several times before the new ownership took over and after. Whether it’s my gel manicure peeling off 2 days after getting it done, or my eyebrow skin being completely burned for a week (my most recent experience), this place can never seem to get the job done well. I’ve attached a picture of my eyebrow an entire 24 hours after getting them waxed. It fully scabbed over and everything. It’s not a good feeling when people ask you if they need to have a talk with your boyfriend because it looks like you got hit. I’ve never had this happen to me in the 13 years of getting my eyebrows done. Do better, Ivy Nails."
