"Didn't realize it was only drive through till we got there. All the other Cook Outs we've been to have dine in option. Burger and hushpuppies were delicious as always. Peanut butter shake was phenomenal but they forgot to give us straws which is the only reason I took off one star. Atmosphere doesn't really apply to drive through."

"This used to be a great place to go to get a burger and a real good shake. Now they have people working there who obviously do not know what they are doing. It looks like they will hire anyone whether you know how to speak English or not. They are not even trained properly. I personally will never visit this establishment again and hope you'll save your time and money also. The quality of the food went way down. I only gave them 1 star on food, service and atmosphere because that was the lowest I could give."

"Kept hearing some negative comments about this location so I wanted to try it for myself. My wife and I went on a Saturday evening and I'm surprised that they weren't busy at all. Just one person in front of me. I can see how some people might feel like the customer service is rude. The woman that took our order sounded rude and low-key rushed us. It almost sounded like she hated her job. lol. Got to the window and she was cool and well-mannered. Anyways, the food was hot and fresh after a 25 min drive. My wife ate her corndogs before we even got home because they were so good to her. My main complaint was that I clearly asked for Powerade as my drink and they gave me sweet tea. I despise the drink and we were already home before I knew that so yeah. Also, keep in mind that when you pay, none of their locations takes AMEX, so VISA, MC, or anything else should work. Hope your experience with them is great. Take Care."

"Worst service from the girl working the window. Refused to speak. Actually thought she might be a mute....Ordered 2 sides of onion rings for $6. One side had 4 large rings. The other was this with 6 minis. When I asked if this was all we got for both they said yes. I was just so excited to burn my money and be left hungry."

"Rude as hell! Placed order went to window, paid handed me my sack and I said thank you have a good d.. and the window was being shut. From Ohio, never been here before and will never go back. Added to our do not frequent list. Food was decent."
