"Our experiences with Climb fund was nothing short of amazing!! The employees are wonderful, but more importantly- they’re honest about where you stand. They’re a wealth of knowledge, I would and do highly suggest if you’re not ready for a loan but desire in-depth information about business lending. Please reach out to Climb. They have a vast bank of resources, more than money! They have resources in the way of credit repair referrals, business planning & management connections, projecting and viability. These are vital to your success, just as cash flow. Thank you to everyone who helped us along our way. We’re forever grateful and indebted to you."
"This company is comprised of relatable caring individuals. They want to see businesses win and it's evident in every interaction. Kendra D. will show you the way with blunt honesty and the tools to be successful."
""From the moment my Wife and I spoke with Mr. Jerry “Jay” Jenkins we felt a sense of honesty. We were nervous about applying for another small business loan and getting denied again because we did not meet the minimum requirements of being in business for an extended period of time. However, Jay believed in my wife and I from the beginning and was confident that he could get us approved to build our dream restaurant. We cannot thank Mr. Jenkins enough, without his time and dedication our dreams of owning our own Seafood Restaurant would have been next to impossible. Jay was very honest and patient with us. As new business owners he took the time to address our questions and concerns and ensured we were provided with the correct amount of funding needed to complete the entire build out of our project. Jay’s knowledge of commercial business requirements and customer service ability made our loan acquisition process as smooth as it could be. He was very attentive and understanding to our needs and properly explained everything to us. We would definitely use him again for our business needs and highly recommend his services. -Dr. Pringle -- St. George, South Carolina"
"With the help of Mr. O'Brie, Mr. Jenkins, and Mrs. Anduiza, I received my loan a couples of months ago. I can only say that they are excellent professionals, they helped me to have all the information I needed from the first day I filled out the application until the last day. They also continue to support me with tools to maintain a successful business. I am so glad I found them."
"I received a loan in 2009 from Charleston LDC. We paid the loan off within 2-3 years. In September 2019 when the company needed resources we turned to LDC once again. My application was taken along with the $100 application fee and my personal credit (not business credit) was pulled. By November 2019, I did not receive an acceptance or denial for the loan so I contacted Cindy by phone and email many many times over the course of a year. Often times call and email went unanswered. I assumed because of the pandemic she was working and this prevented her from answering. However, according to their website,, others were being accepted and posts were made of their successes..I called others in the organization who only referred me back to Cindy. Upon finally receiving a reply, I was told I was missing application information. I IMMEDIATELY responded and sent the UPDATED info requested EACH time she requested information information. Several months past and I did not hear from Cindy. Again, I called and sent emails without any answer. Finally, I requested a refund of my application fee. Over a year later,, I was told my loan amount was too large even though Cindy suggested the loan amount during conversations before the application was submitted. I decreased the loan amount significantly but never heard back from LDC again. Months later I sent emails rand left messages requesting a full application fee refund and credit inquiry deleted. Its June 2021 LDC has not responded, my application was never approved or denied, the credit inquiry is still on my credit record and my $100 application fee was never refunded. BEWARE, you may fall between the cracks like I did..."
