Wendy's

"I'm not sure what to say about this Wendy's. We have this thing where we go out to eat once a week and my family usually gets Wendy's on Wednesday. The day shift is AMAZING! They get your order in, cooked, packed right, back to you so nice and always so friendly. The night shift is a whole other story! They act like they have no idea what they are doing, half the time the employees are outside smoking so they only take you inside the restaurant, they are always out of ingredients for items, and they never get your order right!!!"

"Went through the drive thru and was told it was a 10 minute wait on nuggets. They went silent for a few mins when I told them I was fine with that wait. Finally they finished taking my order. Once I got to the window, they told me they didn’t have change. Hard to believe they don’t have any change after being open for hours. Especially when the person in front of me paid with cash and got change back. Maybe they should’ve mentioned that they don’t have change before taking the order? Had to tell my kid in the backseat we can’t get her nuggets she’s waited over 10 mins for, because people don’t want to do their jobs."

"I hate going to this Wendy's. I always do a mobile order. Most of the time, when I get there, I discover that the drive thru is closed. That was the case this time. The kids and I went to get our food. The food was the best it had ever been. Drinks were not that great. Long wait for food."

"I drove through on the evening of the 13th and an employee named Camille took our order. When I tell you, that a literal angel works at this Wendy’s… the sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful women I’ve ever encountered in a drive through window. While we were waiting on our order, she ran a cup of chili out for another customer when most would have them come through the line again. She treated us wonderfully and should be commended with a raise! If she’s not the manager, she should be!"

"First off if you only allow drive thru say that …walked inside with someone else and tried to use the tablet setup it didn’t work. Walked up to register to order everyone there made eye contact through the corner of their eyes and walked by saying nothing …. Like children doing something bad. One guy walked by 3 times restocking cups but yet no one could tell me they weren’t going to take our order after 5 min I said hello do you want me to go through drive through and a timid young lady asked someone at the window and they nodded at her and didn’t even render a response to us. So all that just so I can now get into a line 5 cars deep that had 2 cars prior. Beef tastes like it’s been left burning it’s dry and look at these nuggets… idk if it’s because it’s Friday or what but usually when I come the nuggets are fresh…with all the idle employees I saw doing nothing kind of strange for everything to be burnt or dry…"
