"I visited drive-thru around 12:30am and the young lady at the window was so angry and just plain rude for no reason. My order was incorrect and missing a couple of items. I decided not to make an issue of it and return the next day to speak w/ a manager. When I returned, the lobby was closed at 1:30pm in the afternoon. Not sure what changed recently, but the service here has become so bad. They are some of the laziest, unprofessional bunch I’ve ever seen. Avoid BOTH locations in the Beaufort area. They are both equally horrible. If you have an issue, just reach out to corporate, because nobody here will fix it."

"We were visiting my sister and brother in law. Enjoyed our food and company. Also, we met a local man who shoots billiards like myself. He's been to Vegas playing pool."

"ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger. it came with just cheese on it. i also ordered a kids meal with spicy nuggets and a frosty. frosty machine was “down” and the nuggets were not the spicy ones. There was no line and it was still very slow."

"The line is always spilling out in the street. The line is always slow the employees are not even polite when you finally get to the window after waiting over 30min. DoorDash can’t even get an order because the inside isn’t open. They opened this location going on two years now! Why isn’t the inside at least open to DoorDash drivers or delivery people!? Money is definitely being lost due to these small issues."

"It was a foggy day here in Beaufort sc. I was craving g chili. Then I remembered how good Wendy's chili is. Today it did not fail. I got a $ 6.00 combo with a double stack fries a drink and chicken nuggets all for under $10.00 My wife got the Cobb salad it was good too she bragged about it to a friend, that's how I knew."
