Starbucks 1588 Bells Highway, Walterboro, SC 29488

"Well, this would've been a nice and easy experience for everyone, however, we didn't receive all of the toppings and extras for our drinks that we paid for and we had to wait in the drive thru, at the window, with one of two drinks, waiting for the other drink for an additional 5 minutes. It was such a long wait that an empty drive thru lane filled up behind us all over one drink. We definitely should have listened to the previous other bad complaints in the last several hours and just stayed away. You should do the same unless you're just getting regular coffee."

"20231204 The employees here are very nice. I asked where the Christmas Tree is, and they said that they are not allowed to put up a tree, and it's supposed to be a Starbucks rule. So... is ok to paint rainbow flags in the stores but no Christmas Tree... Holiday Tree, whatever people want to call it. Very disappointing. If I heard it right, they were told to take it down. I have seen Christmas Trees at Starbucks before, maybe past year. Not sure if that is a new Starbucks rule. I am going to check whenever I stop by Starbucks, and I will be stopping at many on this road trip."

"I have been to probably every Starbucks in Charleston and none have made my drink the way this location does. I order a shaken espresso with cold foam and it’s right and delicious every time! And I come almost everyday! The other locations’ cold foams seem to be watery and not really a foam and they always mix the shaken espresso, where this location makes the foam like whip cream and they leave the separation of the espresso and milk in the drink like it’s supposed to be."

"As seen in MULTIPLE other reviews, for an extended period of time, this Starbucks is so far below the bar it’s sad. And apparently this is acceptable.,. My second time stoping here (hoping the first visit was a fluke) but it was not. The filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen both times over a period of six months. Totally shocked Starbucks allows their name be associated with an establishment that is absolutely nasty….. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!"

"The barista that took my order was polite and friendly. She let me know and needed to brew a fresh pot of coffee for my order. I then went straight to the restroom, and to my surprise, it was so dirty. I have never seen a Starbucks restroom such a mess. I immediately told the staff it was in dire need of some tlc. I then started to notice the waiting area, and it wasn't so clean either. I stopped in around 3pm, there was no line at all, and the drive thru wasn't busy either. I'm happy this isn't my hometown Starbucks because I would go back to Dunkin."
