"I stopped to get fuel and also to get some drinks for the road. While I was leaving, there were other people coming out behind me, so I decided to hold the door for them. Not even 3 seconds later the cashier (an older lady with short blond hair and glasses) starts yelling at me to shut the door because her air conditioner was on. I tried to explain to her that I was just holding the door for the people coming out, but she ran to the door and pulls the door out of my hand. Her behavior is unacceptable; very rude and she shouldn't be working there if she doesn't like the door to be opened because there are customers walking in and out constantly!"

"I stopped here to gas up and use the restroom. There was a line at the ladies restroom. When I was next in line, I opened the door and someone happened to be coming out and the girl in front of me in the bathroom was on crutches and moving a little slower to get maneuvered. A Shell employee with blond shoulder length hair and glasses (mid 50s) came up to me and told me to shut the door and not hold it open. I explained to her that entering the bathroom requires you to open the door and she repeated herself. The lady behind me even commented on the rudeness of the situation. Save yourself some rudeness and go to a different gas station."

"My oldest son asked if we could stop so that he could use some of his savings to buy a cosmic brownie. He enjoyed purchasing it on his own. The three ladies working there were very sweet to him. He said that they should have 100 stars and he would like to go back another day for more brownies. Lol."

"This was one of the worst she'll stations that I have ever visited, and I'm usually really lenient in my reviews. The store is very small, as is the parking area/pump landing. The bathroom was very dirty (unclean but also old chipped paint and rusty sink, etc). There was one small fountain drink machine, which was also dirty. The cups had knats in them and we're in rough shape. The store just had a very unclean feel. To top it off the clerk was rude and abrupt. The customer in front of me moved to the side so that I could step up because he was small talking with her, and she totally ignored me for almost 5 minutes until she had finished her gossip about somebody or other. Then when she finally acknowledged me, she asked what I wanted and when I asked her for gas on the pump with the silver van, she then looked at the guy and said she hated when people couldn't bother to look at the gas pump number. Will not patronize again and would not recommend."

"Very rude service. The cashier was on the phone yelling at someone then didn't even bother to give me my receipt. She didn't smile or anything.. when ringing me up she didn't tell me a total and just stared at me until I put my card in the reader. She shouldn't be working here, awful representation."
