"This is my first experience in a salon ever & the hairstylist who cut my hair did wonderful, however the atmosphere was just not it. I first walked in and said “good morning!” No one spoke. Walked to the counter and was blatantly ignored while they continued to talk about their dinner or something. Good thing the hairstylist who did my hair soon approached and motioned me to where to go. I only chose to go here because it’s close to my home but I will be looking for another place. I just didn’t feel welcome whatsoever. I believe customer service & making your clients feel welcome is an important part because otherwise your customer just feels out of place. Especially if it’s their first time."

"It was my first time in this salon and I will not be returning. The stylist I had did not start off with a consultation. While being shampooed all product was only washed out in the back of my head and I had to come home and rewash it. While she was brushing and blow drying my hair she was super rough and pulling my hair out. I did not allow her to cut or continue my blow dry at this point and was still charged way too much for the service I received. I didn’t want to cause a commotion so I just paid and left, but ended up calling for a refund. They didn’t seem too concerned about my awful experience just that my color was correct.I would go to say this is the most awful experience I have had in a salon. I have worked in the hair industry for many years and can say that that particular stylist needs a lot more training."
