"This is part of. Wescott Park which during the pandemic has deteriorated sadly. Some visitors just toss their fast food garbage brought to the park anywhere exc. in trash cans readily available. Renters of sheltered picnic areas do the same & apparently not fined. Repairs needed on boardwalks & signs. Majority of water fountains not operational."
