"I forgot to file an IRS form for my business. Because it was late, I wasn't able to file electronically and needed the paper form (the IRS won't accept a PDF/copy of the form. I called the IRS and was told I could drive to Savannah to get the form. Before I did that, I called Liberty Tax in Bluffton to see if they had the form. THEY HAD IT! And they are the nicest people! They knew I wasn't there that day to give them my business, that I just needed a form. They helped me and were very nice, even though they had a full office. I will definitely be going back when I need tax help!"
