"This place is very unprofessional. I called in the morning gave all my info over the phone including bank and ss# was told I was getting a loan and what to bring in. When I got there 10 hours later she going to tell me o wasn't approved BC after she hung up that's when she put the info in the computer and didn't think to give me a couresty call before I caught a uber all the way west Ashley. She claims to been busy all day but 10,hours u couldn't make a 10 second call to say not to come again plus she had her children in the employee lounge laying on the floor with blankets very unprofessional."
