"Walked in around 7am. The waitress was a sleep at the bar. Then there was one lady just standing up against the window doing nothing. The night shift cook was gone already, no other cook was there. The night shift waitress brought us drinks and then left. Around 7:40 with no one there working we decided to leave. When I went to pay for my drinks they needed a ticket to ring them up which I didn't have, so then the waitress that was there had to write one. This manager really needs to fix these issues."

"We should have left as soon as we seen Dixie and the cooks she usually works with wasn’t there. I got my food before I got my drink, I had to ask for my drink again. My food was made incorrectly and had to be remade. The waitress didn’t even bother to check the replacement order because it was wrong too. At that point I knew they were incapable of making a sandwich w/o cheese and asked for her to remove it off the ticket. She got the ticket all wrong too. The waffles that eventually made it to the table were BURNT along with the side of bacon that took forever to get to the table. I get that people have bad nights, but the waitress didn’t care about doing her job. She was too busy talking to her guys friends in the booth behind us. Too busy chatting them up and getting everything right for them to be concerned with any other customers. The only way I will be back is if Dixie is working and I will call ahead to make sure."
