"Orangeburg branch is the WORST!!!! 1 teller for inside 1 teller for drive thru. I don’t understand how the teller will serve 2-3 customers and stop and start doing something else without letting the people on line why or anything. Columbia, Lexington and Main branches have great service. Just the Orangeburg branch. Sad"

"I have been a member of SCU since 2019. I reached out to SCU in the month of October 2022 via the SCU Web App to send a debit card for my checking ans savings accounts and was told that that it would take 7/14 business days to receive. Needless to say, I have yet to receive said card and it 01/09/22. I was told that I could go a local branch office to get a card in 10 to 15 minutes but, doing that would require me missing work because I'm a business office worker myself and this financial institution isn't open on Saturdays I can't believe they treat thier members like this. I'm going to try CPM to see if they're better to their members."
