"I got a wax from Tabitha, and I cannot recommend this place or Tabitha enough! She was friendly and calm, and it really put me at ease throughout the process. The wax was relatively painless, especially compared to what I was expecting. Sometimes it can be awkward to get waxed by someone you don't know when it involves areas that are otherwise private, but Tabitha's nonchalant and professional demeanor made the entire experience comfortable. Outside of the actual wax, everything else was up to par: the facility was clean, there was no wait, and they even accommodated me when I called a few hours before my appointment and asked if I could move it up a few hours. Love this place, and I will definitely be back."

I arrived at 1:36, the receptionist stated that there was a 5 minute late policy in which I replied that it had not been told when this appointment was scheduled. She did not bend for the 1 min.
