"Showed up at 4:30 when they close at 5 and they would not accept my package. Horrible customer service"
"Super quick and easy and Willy was super helpful!"
"Terrible experience: this is the first time I visit here and last time for sure. The Asian long hair worker here is very rude, miserable and unprofessional. They had a made up rule that doesn’t allow drop off before 4:30. I came 45 min before 5 PM closing time and he won’t allow me to drop off my package. The excuse? He doesn’t have enough time to inspect the package, like if I’m a terrorist. The reason why I’m sure it’s a made up rule it’s because the location is listed close at 5 and on the counter, there’s a printed said it’s either come before 4 or go to the location that’s on the 38th street, which is ridiculous. Luckily I live next door and my building has drop off for DHL directly, later I found out. so I will never have to deal with this terrible person ever again. acknowledge previous reviews, if this worker decide to be nice to certain people and not to others, that’s just unprofessional.sad. If DHL decide to hire workers that are racist and rude, I’d look elsewhere anytime."
"Show up at 4:31 and they won’t take any packages, yet they claim they close at 5pm"
"the long haired slim gentleman went above and beyond. i was awaiting a dress for an event that was being held for me , and the dhl driver was late: he stayed after work for *40* mins so i could grab the dress and go straight to the event. fantastic customer service. i was so impressed. thank you for saving my day!"
